I've been in the sales game for more than two decades, from selling software, chemicals, logistics services, and mechanical equipment. I’ve built sales teams from scratch, lead teams at billion-dollar companies, all while cooking up leading sales strategies, and even ended up with a fancy executive title.

Now, you're probably thinking, "Big deal. Why should I care?"

Well, let’s get real. I wasn't always this hotshot in sales. Back in the early days, I sucked at it. Cold calling? Ugh, I hated it! Made me all nervous, and I'd only do it when my pipeline was dry, or my manager was on my case. Using scripts? Total nightmare. It felt fake, and most of the time, it didn't do squat. My managers were no help, just obsessed with the number of calls and pitches. Seeing others rocking the sales game, I thought, "There's got to be a better way."

So, I dove into the world of sales, took a bunch of courses, read a ton of books, and listened to every sales guru out there. Picked up some cool strategies and crafted my own way of doing things. As I got better at it, I became the top sales pro in the room, the team, the region, the country and the company.
