1. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Due to the personalized nature of one-on-one coaching, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked and payment is received.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

2. Group Programs & Workshops

Refunds for group coaching programs or workshops are available up to 7 days before the program start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future program (subject to availability and approval).

3. Digital Products & Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, downloadable materials, and online courses, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the service you've received, please contact us within 7 days of your last session or program. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a partial credit or additional support.

5. Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in termination of all services and forfeiture of any future support. We are here to help—please reach out directly with any concerns.
